Al instalar o usar FuaFlow CRM aceptas estos términos. Siguen siendo cortos porque la app es simple: una herramienta local, en tu dispositivo, para gestionar tu trabajo de ventas.
Licencia
FuaFlow CRM es software propietario de José Arturo Ornelas Brand; la app, su diseño y la marca FuaFlow CRM™ son de su titular. Se te otorga una licencia personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la app en tus dispositivos. No está permitido descompilar, redistribuir ni revender la aplicación.
Suscripción
Las funciones de la app se desbloquean con una suscripción auto-renovable: $99 MXN al mes, con 14 días de prueba gratis. El precio vigente se muestra siempre en la app y en la tienda antes de comprar; el precio final puede variar por país e impuestos, y el que muestra tu tienda es el que manda. El cobro lo hace tu cuenta de Apple o Google y la suscripción se renueva automáticamente, salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes del corte desde los ajustes de suscripciones de tu tienda.
Si tu suscripción termina
La app pasa a modo de solo lectura: tus datos siguen intactos y siempre puedes consultarlos, exportarlos, respaldarlos o borrarlos, sin pagar. Reactivar la suscripción desbloquea todo de nuevo. Tus datos jamás son rehenes.
Tus datos, tu responsabilidad
Toda tu información se almacena localmente en tu dispositivo. Eso significa que si el dispositivo se pierde, se daña o desinstalas la app, los datos pueden perderse de forma irreversible. Usa la función de respaldo con regularidad — el respaldo incluye tus notas de voz y puede guardarse en tu dispositivo o en tu propia nube (iCloud Drive o Google Drive).
Uso responsable
FuaFlow CRM te ayuda a organizar y realizar llamadas de ventas. Eres responsable de cumplir la normativa aplicable en tu país sobre llamadas comerciales, protección de datos de tus clientes y consentimiento de contacto. La app es la herramienta; el uso que le das es tuyo.
Sin garantías
La app se ofrece "tal cual". Trabajamos para que sea confiable, pero no garantizamos que esté libre de errores, ni resultados de venta, ni disponibilidad ininterrumpida. En la medida en que la ley lo permita, la responsabilidad total del titular se limita al monto que pagaste por tu suscripción en los últimos 12 meses.
No es asesoría profesional
FuaFlow CRM es una herramienta de gestión de ventas y crecimiento profesional. No sustituye asesoría legal, financiera ni fiscal.
Cambios y ley aplicable
Podemos actualizar estos términos; la versión vigente siempre estará publicada en esta página con su fecha, y los cambios relevantes se señalarán antes de aplicar. Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.

By installing or using FuaFlow CRM you accept these terms. They stay short because the app is simple: a local tool, on your device, to run your sales work.
License
FuaFlow CRM is proprietary software of José Arturo Ornelas Brand; the app, its design, and the FuaFlow CRM™ brand belong to their owner. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices. Decompiling, redistributing, or reselling it is not allowed.
Subscription
The app’s features are unlocked with an auto-renewable subscription: $99 MXN per month, with a 14-day free trial. The current price is always shown in the app and in the store before you buy; the final price may vary by country and taxes, and the one your store shows is the one that counts. Billing is handled by your Apple or Google account, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your store’s subscription settings.
If your subscription ends
The app switches to read-only mode: your data remains intact and you can always view, export, back up, or delete it — without paying. Reactivating the subscription unlocks everything again. Your data is never held hostage.
Your data, your responsibility
All of your information is stored locally on your device. If the device is lost or damaged, or you uninstall the app, data may be irreversibly lost. Use the backup feature regularly — the backup includes your voice notes and can be kept on your device or in your own cloud (iCloud Drive or Google Drive).
Responsible use
FuaFlow CRM helps you organize and make sales calls. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply in your country to commercial calls, your clients’ personal data, and consent to contact. The app is the tool; how you use it is on you.
No warranties
The app is provided “as is”. We work to make it reliable, but we do not guarantee it is error-free, nor sales results, nor uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the owner’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the last 12 months.
Not professional advice
FuaFlow CRM is a sales-management and professional-growth tool. It is not a substitute for legal, financial, or tax advice.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version will always be published on this page with its date, and relevant changes will be flagged before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
