Vigentes desde el 11 de octubre de 2026
Al instalar o usar FuaFlow Vault aceptas estos términos. Son cortos a propósito: la app guarda y protege lo tuyo en tu dispositivo, y aquí está en claro qué puedes esperar de ella y qué no.
Licencia
FuaFlow Vault es software de José Arturo Ornelas Brand; la app, su diseño y la marca FuaFlow Vault™ son de su titular. Se te otorga una licencia personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la app en tus dispositivos. No está permitido descompilarla, redistribuirla ni revenderla.
FuaFlow Vault Pro
Crear y enviar — vaults nuevos, fotos y videos verificados, mensajes y adjuntos, envíos por Wi-Fi y vincular dispositivos — requiere Pro. Si te suscribes por primera vez, puedes probarlo 14 días gratis, y después lo tienes de dos formas, que se compran dentro de la app:
- Suscripción mensual. Los 14 días gratis son el inicio de esta suscripción: si no la cancelas al menos 24 horas antes de que termine la prueba, se cobra el primer mes a tu cuenta de Apple, y después se renueva sola cada mes salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el periodo en curso. Cada Apple ID tiene la prueba una sola vez. La gestionas y la cancelas en los ajustes de tu cuenta de Apple (Ajustes → tu nombre → Suscripciones); al cancelar, Pro sigue activo hasta el final de la prueba o del periodo pagado.
- Pago único («para siempre»). Se cobra una sola vez, sin renovaciones ni cargos posteriores, y Pro queda activo de forma permanente.
Sin Pro, la app queda en solo lectura, nunca bloqueada: sigues pudiendo abrir, ver, extraer, compartir y verificar tus vaults y tus fotos, y lo que te envíen; SOS y Círculo funcionan siempre, tengas Pro o no.
Las dos formas valen en todos los dispositivos de tu Apple ID. El precio vigente se muestra en la app y en la tienda antes de comprar; puede variar por país e impuestos, y el que muestra tu tienda es el que manda. Los reembolsos los gestiona Apple según sus políticas. Puedes restaurar tu compra o tu suscripción en otro dispositivo desde la app, con «Restaurar compras».
Tus contraseñas y tus claves
Un vault nuevo se cifra por defecto para ti, con tu identidad; también puedes cifrarlo con una contraseña o con las claves de sus destinatarios, y esas claves viven solo en tus dispositivos. Para abrir un vault «Para ti» en un teléfono nuevo, respalda tu identidad (Perfil → «Respaldar identidad»): sin ese respaldo, la copia de tu carpeta llega, pero no abre. Si olvidas la contraseña de un vault o pierdes tus claves, nadie puede recuperar su contenido — nosotros tampoco. No es un error: es lo que hace que nadie más pueda abrirlo. Guarda tus contraseñas en un lugar seguro.
Tus datos, tu responsabilidad
Tu información vive en tu dispositivo. Para que no se pierda, la app copia cada vault y cada foto o video verificado a una carpeta de respaldo fuera de la app — la carpeta «FuaFlow Vault» que la app crea en tu iCloud Drive con un toque, o una que tú eliges en Archivos, en tu iPhone o en iCloud Drive —: esas copias se quedan aunque borres la app o cambies de teléfono, y la app nunca las borra. Sin carpeta de respaldo, si el dispositivo se pierde, se daña o desinstalas la app, los datos que solo estaban en ella pueden perderse de forma irreversible; la app te lo avisa mientras no la tengas.
SOS y alertas: no es un servicio de emergencias
FuaFlow Vault te ayuda a avisar a tu círculo y a las personas cercanas, pero no sustituye a los servicios de emergencia. Si estás en peligro, llama al 911 o al número de emergencias de tu país. Los avisos dependen de tu señal, tu saldo, tu batería, de la red y de que haya personas cerca; los SMS los envías tú desde tu teléfono y los cobra tu compañía. No garantizamos que un aviso llegue ni cuándo.
Fotos y videos verificados
La prueba criptográfica demuestra que el archivo no cambió desde que se firmó y registra lo que el dispositivo reportó en ese momento (hora, ubicación, red). No garantiza que esos datos sean exactos si el dispositivo estaba mal configurado o alterado, ni que una autoridad o un tribunal los acepte como prueba.
Servidor de relevo
El buzón guarda mensajes sellados hasta que su destinatario los recoge, como máximo 7 días; después se borran. Es un servicio de mejor esfuerzo: puede tener retrasos o interrupciones, y no garantizamos la entrega. Puedes apagarlo cuando quieras desde Chat.
Uso responsable: tolerancia cero
Te comprometes a usar la app conforme a la ley. No se tolera el contenido ofensivo u objetable ni el abuso hacia otras personas: no la uses para guardar o enviar contenido ilegal, para acosar o amenazar a nadie ni para mandar alertas falsas. Las alertas públicas deben ser verdaderas.
En el chat solo pueden escribirte tus contactos. Puedes bloquear a cualquier persona — desde una conversación, una solicitud de contacto o una alerta — y reportar cualquier mensaje, solicitud o alerta: el reporte nos llega por correo a hola@fuaflow.com con lo que decidas mandarnos, y lo revisamos y te respondemos en menos de 24 horas. Como los mensajes van cifrados de extremo a extremo, no podemos leerlos ni borrarlos de los dispositivos de nadie; el bloqueo surte efecto de inmediato en el tuyo.
Si te reportan
Revisamos cada reporte en menos de 24 horas con lo que nos envió quien reporta. Si confirmamos que rompiste estas reglas, expulsamos tu clave: la agregamos a una lista pública y firmada que cada copia de FuaFlow Vault consulta al abrirse la app, y desde entonces tus mensajes, solicitudes y alertas dejan de llegarle a cualquier persona. La app sigue funcionando para ti y tus vaults siguen siendo tuyos. Si el contenido puede ser un delito, podemos entregar a las autoridades lo que recibimos en el reporte. Si crees que fue un error, escríbenos a hola@fuaflow.com y lo revisamos de nuevo.
Sin garantías
La app se ofrece "tal cual". Trabajamos para que sea confiable, pero no garantizamos que esté libre de errores ni que funcione sin interrupciones. En la medida en que la ley lo permita, la responsabilidad total del titular se limita al monto que pagaste por FuaFlow Vault Pro en los últimos 12 meses.
Cambios y ley aplicable
Podemos actualizar estos términos; la versión vigente siempre estará publicada en esta página con su fecha, y los cambios relevantes se señalarán antes de aplicar. Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.

Terms of use
Effective October 11, 2026.
By installing or using FuaFlow Vault you accept these terms. They’re short on purpose: the app keeps and protects what’s yours on your device, and here is, plainly, what you can and can’t expect from it.
License
FuaFlow Vault is software owned by José Arturo Ornelas Brand; the app, its design and the FuaFlow Vault™ brand belong to their owner. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices. Decompiling, redistributing or reselling it is not permitted.
FuaFlow Vault Pro
Creating and sending — new vaults, verified photos and videos, messages and attachments, Wi-Fi transfers, and linking devices — requires Pro. If you subscribe for the first time, you can try it free for 14 days, and then get it in two ways, bought inside the app:
- Monthly subscription. The 14 free days are the start of this subscription: unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the first month is charged to your Apple account, and it then renews automatically every month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Each Apple ID gets the trial once. You manage and cancel it in your Apple account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions); after you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the trial or of the paid period.
- One-time payment (“forever”). It is charged once, with no renewals or further charges, and Pro stays active permanently.
Without Pro the app becomes read-only, never locked: you can still open, view, extract, share and verify your vaults and photos, and whatever others send you; SOS and your circle always work, with or without Pro.
Both options are valid on every device of your Apple ID. The current price is shown in the app and in the store before you buy; it may vary by country and taxes, and the one your store shows is the one that applies. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can restore your purchase or subscription on another device from the app, with “Restore purchases”.
Your passwords and your keys
A new vault is encrypted by default for you, with your identity; you can also encrypt it with a password or with its recipients’ keys, and those keys live only on your devices. To open a “For you” vault on a new phone, back up your identity (Profile → “Back up identity”): without that backup, the copy in your folder arrives but won’t open. If you forget a vault’s password or lose your keys, nobody can recover its content — including us. That’s not a bug: it’s what keeps anyone else from opening it. Keep your passwords somewhere safe.
Your data, your responsibility
Your information lives on your device. So that it isn’t lost, the app copies every vault and verified photo or video to a backup folder outside the app — the “FuaFlow Vault” folder the app creates in your iCloud Drive with one tap, or one you choose in Files, on your iPhone or in iCloud Drive: those copies stay even if you delete the app or change phones, and the app never deletes them. Without a backup folder, if the device is lost or damaged, or you uninstall the app, data that was only in it may be lost for good; the app warns you while you don’t have one.
SOS and alerts: not an emergency service
FuaFlow Vault helps you alert your circle and people nearby, but it is not a substitute for emergency services. If you’re in danger, call 911 or your country’s emergency number. Alerts depend on your signal, your balance, your battery, the network, and people being nearby; text messages are sent by you from your phone and billed by your carrier. We don’t guarantee that an alert arrives, or when.
Verified photos and videos
The cryptographic proof shows the file hasn’t changed since it was signed and records what the device reported at that moment (time, location, network). It doesn’t guarantee that data is accurate if the device was misconfigured or tampered with, nor that an authority or a court will accept it as evidence.
Relay server
The mailbox keeps sealed messages until their recipient picks them up, for 7 days at most; after that they’re deleted. It’s a best-effort service: it may have delays or outages, and delivery is not guaranteed. You can turn it off from Chat at any time.
Responsible use: zero tolerance
You agree to use the app lawfully. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users: don’t use it to store or send illegal content, to harass or threaten anyone, or to send false alerts. Public alerts must be truthful.
In the chat, only your contacts can write to you. You can block anyone — from a conversation, a contact request or an alert — and report any message, request or alert: the report reaches us by email at hola@fuaflow.com with whatever you choose to send, and we review it and reply in less than 24 hours. Because messages are end-to-end encrypted, we can’t read them or delete them from anyone’s device; a block takes effect on yours immediately.
If you’re reported
We review every report in less than 24 hours, using what the person who reported sent us. If we confirm you broke these rules, we expel your key: we add it to a public, signed list that every copy of FuaFlow Vault checks when the app opens, and from then on your messages, requests and alerts no longer reach anyone. The app keeps working for you and your vaults are still yours. If the content may be a crime, we may hand what we received in the report to the authorities. If you think it was a mistake, write to hola@fuaflow.com and we’ll review it again.
No warranties
The app is provided “as is”. We work to make it reliable, but we don’t guarantee it’s error-free or that it runs without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, the owner’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for FuaFlow Vault Pro in the last 12 months.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version will always be published on this page with its date, and relevant changes will be flagged before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
